What is your return policy for food-grade products?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used in a food preparation environment.

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You can modify or cancel an order within 1 hour of placement. After that window, the order may have already been dispatched to our shipping carrier.
